Conditional Formatting for Key Metrics
dd conditional formatting to key dashboard and P&L metrics so performance is visually clear at a glance. For example, when net profit (or contribution margin) is below zero, the value and/or background should turn red, and when it is above zero it should turn green. This could also be extended to other metrics (e.g. ROAS, MER, aMER vs target) so that underperforming periods are immediately visible without having to scrutinize each number.

Compare Metrics to Previous Period
It would be very helpful if all dashboard metrics could be compared to the previous equivalent period. For example, when viewing data for today, show how each metric has changed versus yesterday; when viewing the last 30 days, show how it compares to the 30 days before that. Ideally, this would include percentage and/or absolute changes, so we can quickly understand trends and performance shifts over time within the same view.

Shopify app and subscription costs directly from Shopify billing into Kleio
Automatically pull all Shopify app and subscription costs directly from Shopify billing into Kleio as fixed/variable costs. This would remove the need to manually add or maintain recurring tools, apps, and subscription expenses, keep historical costs accurate, and make it much faster to get a complete, real P&L inside Kleio.

Allocate % of Spend to New Customers and Existing Customers
The split is not always clean on campaigns, e.g. Google PMax typically serves both Instead of just excluding campaigns with naming rules, it would be helpful if we could say that 80% of the ad spend should be marked as New Customer Spend and 20% of that should be returning (or whatever the ratio might be)

Bulk upload / CSV import for Fixed and Variable Costs
Currently, adding fixed and variable costs requires entering each line item manually one at a time. For businesses with many recurring expenses (subscriptions, contractors, tools, etc.), this is extremely time-consuming to set up especially when doing initial historical configuration. Feature request: allow bulk upload of fixed and variable costs via CSV, similar to how shipping costs can already be imported. A simple CSV format with columns like name, type, amount, interval, start_date, end_date would cover the majority of use cases and make onboarding significantly faster. This would also make it much easier to audit and update costs over time by exporting, editing in a spreadsheet, and re-importing.

Repurchase Rate Visualisations
I often check this in Lifetimely. Itβs helpful as it splits on repurchase behaviour by new and existing customers too. See example.

Lifetime value metrics (comparision dates)
1. 3-Month Repeat Purchase Rate YoY % (L90) Are customers who bought in the last 90 days repeating at a better rate than customers who bought in the same 90-day period last year? Calc: Customers with 1st order in last 90 days β % who made 2nd+ purchase β compare to customers with 1st order in same calendar period last year (e.g., Dec-Feb 2026 vs Dec-Feb 2025) β YoY % 2. 3-Month Time Between Purchases YoY % (L90) Are customers who bought in the last 90 days buying again FASTER than customers who bought in the same period last year? Calc: Customers with 1st order in last 90 days who made 2nd purchase β avg days between β compare to customers from same period last year β YoY % 3. 3-Month Customer LTV YoY (L90) Are customers who bought in the last 90 days generating MORE revenue than customers who bought in the same period last year? Calc: All customers with 1st order in last 90 days β avg revenue per customer to date β compare to customers from same period last year (measured at same point in their lifecycle) β YoY %

Added more columns into exportable P&L.
I thought for new classroom metrics to be exportable as we use them in our google sheets dashboard.

Integration with Google Sheets: Auto Sync
I love the feature where we can provide Kleio a sheet to upload the P&L into daily. It's a manual process right now.

We would like to have MER & aMER but in the percentage form, not in ratio
Currently, weβve MER & NC ROAS in ratio, but we would like to have both metrics in percentage form.
