1. 3-Month Repeat Purchase Rate YoY % (L90)

Are customers who bought in the last 90 days repeating at a better rate than customers who bought in the same 90-day period last year?

Calc: Customers with 1st order in last 90 days → % who made 2nd+ purchase → compare to customers with 1st order in same calendar period last year (e.g., Dec-Feb 2026 vs Dec-Feb 2025) → YoY %

2. 3-Month Time Between Purchases YoY % (L90)

Are customers who bought in the last 90 days buying again FASTER than customers who bought in the same period last year?

Calc: Customers with 1st order in last 90 days who made 2nd purchase → avg days between → compare to customers from same period last year → YoY %

3. 3-Month Customer LTV YoY (L90)

Are customers who bought in the last 90 days generating MORE revenue than customers who bought in the same period last year?

Calc: All customers with 1st order in last 90 days → avg revenue per customer to date → compare to customers from same period last year (measured at same point in their lifecycle) → YoY %
