Allocate % of Spend to New Customers and Existing Customers

The split is not always clean on campaigns, e.g. Google PMax typically serves both

Instead of just excluding campaigns with naming rules, it would be helpful if we could say that 80% of the ad spend should be marked as New Customer Spend and 20% of that should be returning (or whatever the ratio might be)
