Finaloop is neatly integrated with shopify and has a complete and accurate overview of all costs. Rather than working with rough fix costs it would be awesome if you could pull in their data, so we would be confident we had a very accurant profit and contribution margin calculation. They update their books every day, and their auto categorizing is great too. I just check where it needs my input once a week, but what it categorizes is mostly correct… This would be super helpful and accurate. <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://www.finaloop.com/integrations">https://www.finaloop.com/integrations</a>I have used many bookkeeping services for ecommerce, and finaloop has been by far the best, and they keep improving… I am certain in the future many more shopify stores will be on finaloop

Currently, adding fixed and variable costs requires entering each line item manually one at a time. For businesses with many recurring expenses (subscriptions, contractors, tools, etc.), this is extremely time-consuming to set up especially when doing initial historical configuration. Feature request: allow bulk upload of fixed and variable costs via CSV, similar to how shipping costs can already be imported. A simple CSV format with columns like name, type, amount, interval, start_date, end_date would cover the majority of use cases and make onboarding significantly faster. This would also make it much easier to audit and update costs over time by exporting, editing in a spreadsheet, and re-importing.

Assume that a store is selling coffee in variants of one, two, three, and four bags. If a customer selects the “three bags” variant, it’s still technically a single line item in Shopify. It’s not one bag added three times. So, in Shopify’s DB it’s still just a single line item, which makes Kleio think it’s one bag, not three.Can we fix this? Maybe add a layer on top that overwrite the quantity if the option is quantity, size, or similar?(I discovered this because of the @Avg. price seems weird ticket)

A simple pixel that tracks views, sessions, add to carts, checkout and purchases per product/LP/overall.This would allow you to differentiate between:<ul><li>What products have fine CR, but low traffic, and needs a push.</li><li>What products have high traffic, but low CR, and needs a better product page. </li></ul>Feedback from Andrew Chung: “On Triple Whale, there’s a metric called New visitor % click. I use TW to see new visitor percentage on purchases and impressions, to get a sense whether the ad hits new or returning audiences. To some extent this can be inferred from CPMR and frequency, but I believe TW tracks it independently, which is useful.”

Many people run tiktok shop orders through their Shopify Store. Shopify however only collects order level detail and not the financial data. For stores that have a large percentage of their orders from tiktokshop, this makes the current P&amp;L lose accuracy. Scope<ul><li>tiktok has a platform fee thats higher than Shopify merchant fee (I’m not sure if everyone gets the same rate but its about 6-8%)</li><li>tiktok has special platform discounts that merchants opt into to get more exposure on tiktok. The data passed through to shopify isn’t shown as a traditional discount in the shopify model</li><li>Some tiktok sales are created by Affililates. Affiliates have an affiliate fee associated with the sale. </li><li>Tiktok has it’s own marketing platfrom for Ad Spend</li><li>Tiktok handles Returns through their platform (data is pushed to shopify)</li></ul>Because of the variables that can be associated with each order, order level detail would be great!Thank you
